P200 Medium Commercial
The BelGAS P200 Series is a line of full-size medium commercial, manual, direct-acting, self-operating, spring-loaded adjustable gas pressure regulators for pressure reduction applications.
BelGAS Pressure Regulator
The regulator’s robust construction, which includes an internal relief valve, lowers the possibility of “shock” due to abrupt changes in downstream conditions. This setup helps prevent safety equipment from prematurely shutting down operations, resulting in expensive downtime.
The BelGAS P200 Series models are available in both relieving and non-relieving versions. The pressure regulators allow for high-accuracy regulation ranging from 2" WC up to 10 psig, making them ideal for applications where wide variations in pressure reduction are needed. The P200 Series regulators come with a choice of ductile cast iron or WCB steel body, both with an aluminum bonnet.
The regulators have port sizes available from 1.25 NPT to 2 NPT and orifice sizes ranging 1/4" to 1-3/16". BelGAS P200 units may be cost-effective drop-in replacements for competitive brands (Itron B34, Fisher CS800, Honeywell 1813B, Sensus 243-12), as they have an identical footprint to other industry models. The regulators operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°F to +200°F (-40°C to +93°C) and are available in various spring range pressures and colors.
