Jim McDermott – Atmos Energy Colleague and Friend Remembered
The young year of 2019 has been a year of transition and change. I am sad to announce that another industry comrade and very dear friend to me and my company, passed on January 14.
Jim McDermott, formerly of Atmos Energy and Greeley Gas transitioned last week. I met Jim the first year in business, back in 1990. Jim worked in the gas measurement department and was a loyal customer right up until he retired, perhaps five years ago.
Jim was honest, a hard worker and kind. He was a good friend, and I will sorely miss him.
