Susan Bender

Susan Bender started selling to the natural gas industry in 1980. In 1990 she founded Linc Energy Systems, where she remains as President and CEO. She attributes her success to her philosophy, “The customer is king (or queen),” which remains part of her company’s mission.

Whitney Price

Whitney Price works in Sales and Marketing for Rhino Marking and Protection Systems. She is a member of the Minnesota Regional CGA and serves as the Special Events Task Team Chair. Whitney helped establish the National 811 Run Toolkit and assisted with the MN 811 Runs. She has written articles for Damage Prevention Professional and was named Damage Prevention Hero in the fall 2013 issue.

Jeffrey Cox

Jeffrey Cox is the Vice President of  Linc Energy Systems. With more than 25 years of industry experience, and specializing in natural gas measurement, volume correction and data acquisition he adds his voice to the Linc Energy Blog by writing about natural gas flow measurement and control. Jeff has been in a leadership role since 2004.

Tom McDougal

Tom is a former engineer for Xcel Energy, where he designed gas meter and regulator applications. He has also worked for mechanical contractors and engineering firms approving gas meters and regulators in various applications. He currently manages the Linc Energy Meter and Regular Department and is working on flare gas measurement.

Russ Brooks

Russ Brooks is a longtime friend of Linc Energy Systems and previously our Western Regional Sales Manager. His blog, "My Away from Home Letters," is posted to keep his Linc Energy friends and customers in the know, but also, they serve as a reminder of the power of service.

Garrett Cox

Garrett Cox is a sales associate at Linc Energy Systems. He sells to our southern-most territory, including the front range of Colorado and New Mexico. Garrett specializes in damage prevention and blogs about how excavators, contractors, facility owners and operators can practice safe digging and promotes new methods to protect underground utilities.

Top Dog

Results Getter (a/k/a Top Dog) is a sales associate at Linc Energy Systems. He blogs about new products (old ones too!) in our utility damage prevention category and highlights how they benefit our customers.

Brian Cox

Brian Cox is one of our natural gas odorization experts, along with being a Linc Energy Systems sales associate. Brian will be blogging about natural gas odorizers and other natural gas products.

Randy Bishop

Randy Bishop is a Technical Sales Rep at Linc Energy and provides his expertise by managing projects associated with the Honeywell Mercury Instrument measurement and correction instruments and the GPL Odorizer products. Randy blogs about utility contractor services.

KC Forward

KC Forward is the Sales Director. He joined in early 2017, bringing a wealth of experience selling and leading sales teams over the last 20 years. KC was originally from Detroit and has been in Colorado since 1996. He is a widower and values family the most in life which includes two adult children. Board games, sports, reading, he does it all. He has a B.S. in Business Management from Oakland University in Michigan.

Preston Marcoux

Preston Marcoux joined Linc Energy Systems in 2017 as a Mechanical Engineer after graduating from CU Boulder with a BSME. In 2014-2016, Preston periodically worked as an intern at the company. He currently focuses on the odorant injection line and supports technical applications.
