Jim McDermott – Atmos Energy Colleague and Friend Remembered

In People on the Move in the Natural Gas Industry

The young year of 2019 has been a year of transition and change. I am sad to announce that another industry comrade and a very dear friend to me and my company, passed on January 14.

Jim McDermottJim McDermott

Jim McDermott, formerly of Atmos Energy and Greeley Gas transitioned last week. I met Jim in the first year in business, back in 1990. Jim worked in the gas measurement department and was a loyal customer right up until he retired, perhaps five years ago.

Jim was honest, a hard worker and kind. He was a good friend, and I will sorely miss him.
